Not only did Karen, Devon & I have a blast at Kyra & Dov's wedding, but the pictures came out so great (if I do say so myself) that we were arguing over who got to choose the blog photos! Jami & Jeff

Jami & Jeff got married at The Lighthouse on the Chelsea Piers on February 23rd. It was a beautiful winter evening wedding with candles everywhere, which made for an elegant look and great ambiance. They danced their first dance to one of my favorite Jack Johnson songs, "Better Together", which I thought was a really fun and unique choice. At one point, a yacht floated by with a dance party on it, which was maybe one of the most surreal visuals i've seen at a wedding--a whole crowd of people bopping in rhythm, just floating by in the night....i wonder what song was playing...

Mike & Alex

The thing I love most about my job is the emotion that Karenscape wedding photos evoke. Our days in the studio are often broken up by unplanned critiques that leave five of us huddled around one screen ooh-ing, ah-ing, laughing and sometimes even getting a bit misty-eyed at certain photos.

Mike & Alex were married at the Boat House in Central Park on January 18th of this year and editing their photos today made my day. I hope this small preview makes yours too.
